Key Talent Partners – working with organisations and the people in them to grow with and ahead of change. Your organisation and its people, needs constant adjustment and development to deal with the ever changing internal and external environment if it’s not going to be left behind.

I’m Eleanor Yearwood. I started Key Talent Partners in 2001 having qualified as a Neuro Linguistic Coach and Trainer. Prior to this I was a general manager within the hospitality and leisure industry for 17 years.

My passion has always been to help other people grow and learn and become better at whatever it is that they are choosing to do. I have a passion to improve and make a difference and I love learning and sharing that learning with others.

For the past 12 years, I’ve worked with senior managers and directors in all areas of business from large corporations to small family owned businesses here in the UK, Euprope and the USA. I love partnering with people who want to be better at managing, motivating and leading their people. Their desire to improve their ability to connect and engage their workforce. To build great productive environments in which their people do their best work.

As well as one to one coaching at Key Talent Partners I also offer team development. This may consist of team facilitation around particular issues, or the use of psychometric tools such as MBTI or FIRO-B or the Thomas Kilmann Conflict model. These all help build self-awareness and a greater appreciation of other people.

I also offer bespoke workshops. Typically these are around communication and behavioural change. You’ll find a list of  workshops on the website that can give you some ideas of my skills and experience.
