Each month I host interactive webinars covering three well known, widely used behavioural and psychometric tools: MBTI, FIRO-B and TKi as well as other communication skills and rapport building models.

These webinars develop leaders’ and executives’ interpersonal skills for a hugely beneficial effect on personal achievement, especially if rewards are dependent on the work of others. They increase self-awareness and understanding of other people’s motivations, and give an appreciation of how to interact with people who are different to yourself.
