Each month I host interactive webinars covering well known, widely used behavioural and psychometric tools: MBTI, FIRO-B and TKi as well as other communication skills and rapport building models.
These webinars develop interpersonal skills. If rewards are dependent on the work of others, these free webinars are immensely valuable.
