Each month I host interactive webinars covering well known, widely used behavioural and psychometric tools: MBTI, FIRO-B and TKi as well as other communication skills and rapport building models.
These webinars develop interpersonal skills. If rewards are dependent on the work of others, these free webinars are immensely valuable. They increase self-awareness and understanding of other people’s motivations, and give an appreciation of how to interact with people who are different to yourself.
