Friday, May 11th, 1pm to 2pm

This very quick questionnaire (only 30 questions) helps identify your preferred approach to conflict, and looks at how to use different styles to cope with various conflict situations. It prompts you to think about your reaction to interpersonal friction, and suggests strategies to positively affect the outcome of conflict.

The Thomas Kilmann conflict model

is based on an axis of assertiveness and cooperativeness – it is a simple but resonant diagnostic tool revealing five different approaches or ‘modes’ of handling conflict and offers insight into potential for change.

Results you can trust

Eleanor has taken hundreds of individuals and teams through this model. It’s so quick and effective in highlighting your default conflict style. Many people have told me how incredibly useful it has been for them to understand their approach to conflict and that of others. It’s helped them become more aware of how behaviour breeds behaviour. Independent online Thomas Kilmann Conflict model questionnaires are administered through the Oxford Psychology Press (OPP).

Good for You, Good for the Whole Team

These webinars are also suitable for whole teams, where everyone self-assesses their own profile, before looking at their individual reports. Then we look at the team profile and discuss the results. These models are very useful in building self awareness, understanding and having a common language within the team.
