You wouldn't let a new worker loose on an expensive pieces of machine without proper training. You wouldn't leave filing your statutory accounts to someone still studying for an accountancy qualification.

In addition, the study measured success levels on unique individual objectives as set by the individuals being coached themselves. It found a 79% level of efficiency in that regard. Other studies have similarly found there to be high levels of effectiveness of this medium of intervention.
