Alice in Wonderland
 |
Alice: Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?
The Cat: That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.
Alice: I don't much care where.
The Cat: Then it doesn't much matter which way you go.
Alice:
so long as I get somewhere.
The Cat: Oh, you're sure to do that, if only you walk long enough. |
Outcome Model Questions:
1. What do you want?
Stated in the positive eg, what you want, not what you don't want.
And it must be within your control something that you can take ownership of.
The more specific the better get lots of details
2. What will that do for you?
What will it give you? The response is a value which is what will give you the motivation to go after it.
3. What will be happening when you've got it?
4. Get really sensory specific.
What will you see, smell and taste. Act as if you have it now. What would you see? What would you hear and especially how would it make you feel?
5. What will other people be doing/saying when you've got what you want?
6. What could stop you from having your outcome?
7. Who do you need to influence?
8. What resources or skills do you need?
9. What do you need to start doing /stop doing?
10. What will you gain? (think of all the great stuff'
11. What will you lose? (think of all the negative stuff)
12. What's your first step?
