  1. Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) - The world's most popular personality measurement developed by Isabel Myers and Katharine C Briggs. A powerful and versatile indicator of personality type. Widely used for individual, group and organisational development.

  2. Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation- Behaviour - FIRO-B - The FIRO-B® questionnaire measures how a person typically behaves towards others and how that person would like others to behave towards them. It assesses inter-personal style – and its appropriateness in relationships

  3. Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument - A widely-used, self assessment instrument measuring an individual's behaviour in conflict situations devised by Kenneth W Thomas and Ralph H Kilmann.
