Eleanor Yearwood - Managing Partner & Executive Coach

Eleanor YearwoodMy passion is working with business owners to achieve business success. I am experienced at enabling leaders to get more out of themselves and their people.

While General Manager at The Sanctuary, Covent Garden, London, I started studying Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in 1997 and was so excited by the possibilities that it offered that I trained as an NLP Trainer and an NLP Executive Coach. I’m also qualified in a number or psychometrics such as MBTI, Thomas Kilmann, Hogan, Strengthscope, DISC, LAB profile and FIRO-B.

Since 1997 learning has become a passion of mine. I’m currently studying transactional analysis (TA) and an ILM Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

In the past 8 years I’ve developed and delivered numerous leadership development seminars and workshops, and coached over 150 senior managers in very diverse businesses such as, rail network, hospitals, education, housing association, borough council, banking, drinks company, finacial sector, IT software, to name but a few.

    Carmen is an Associate Partner working with Key Talent Partners and is also a Companion Member of the Institute of Customer Service with over 24 years experience in global corporate organisations at Leadership level, managing Teams of between 10 -60 people across 8 functional responsibilities.

    Enabling companies to differentiate themselves within a competitive environment by engaging everyone in the business to contribute to deliver a “joined up” service experience for their Customers is what Carmen focuses on. Having presented the Customer Journey and Cycle of Service Coaching Programmes at Eastern European Optical Conferences in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and to a National Health and Fitness Group, Carmen also coaches these subjects to Independent Businesses in the UK and Europe.

    Being a former athlete, Carmen uses proven methods from her competitive sports background, combined with extensive business experience to coach with a positive attitude, discipline, commitment and engaging style. This combination is effective in enabling individuals to measurably improve performance and deliver lasting results.

    Her specialities include:

    Team & Individual Effectiveness. Improving the Customer Journey -'Touch Points.' Valuing diversity within teams and aligning effort towards achieving business goals.

    Henrietta Laitt

    Henrietta is an experienced certified NLP Trainer and Certified Coach, specialising in communication skills and leadership coaching for executives and directors to enhance performance, productivity and personal effectiveness.

    Her passion is to raise people's self awareness and increase their flexibility so they can get the results they want in order to enhance their professional and personal lives. She has over 20 years of extensive and varied management experience at local, regional and international level having worked in both private and public sectors. Her highly developed skills portfolio allows her to operate successfully across a range of functions including training, coaching, presenting, sales and marketing.

    Gregor Findlay

    Experienced executive coach and consultant, with particular focus on leadership development. The majority of Gregor's coaching over the last seven years has been in the area of leadership transitions. Helping individuals and organisations maximise the opportunity and minimise the risk when new challenges are undertaken.

    Building on his extensive experience in business in both large and small organisations, he has developed and delivered several leadership programmes.

    He has an Honours degree in psychology from Edinburgh University and is qualified in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II and FIRO-B psychometric instruments, along with the Emotional Competence Inventory. An online 360 degree feedback tool based on Emotional Intelligence, As well as Hogan Assessment tools and a Master Practitioner of NLP.

    Sue Green

    Sue is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She has been a practitioner for 17 years and she specialises in working with people in the area of personal development. Her focus is principally on leadership and management behaviour and her work centres on helping individuals to understand and execute different ways of thinking and acting.

    In her early career Sue developed a depth of expertise in the area of objective assessment, working for a leading UK Business Psychology consultancy.

    Since the late 1980s she has specialised in the area of Leadership Development, where she has been working with clients for the past 13 years. She has led a number of projects that have been focused on identifying and developing organisations' leadership capabilities.

    Kate Burton

    Kate is a well respected, fully qualified international coach who challenges her clients to transform their personal effectiveness, leadership style and performance. Her clients number many senior IT executives with a hearty appetite for development; people who value success, expect a high quality of life and measure the impact of coaching on their bottom line performance.

    Coming from a career in corporate advertising and marketing in Hewlett-Packard, Kate is comfortable with translating the merits of technical excellence into real business benefits – in language that customers can understand. She works with leaders and their management teams who want to express clear, bold messages to different audiences.

    Kate offers soft skills development through practical, custom-built workshops and coaching for busy professional teams. These support clients who want to boost their personal effectiveness, goal setting, stakeholder influencing, presentations, business writing, team dynamics, coaching skills, motivation, and confidence.

    Kate is a master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a PCC Accredited member of the International Coach Federation and Association of Coaching. She is the co-author of three best selling books published by John Wiley, ‘Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Dummies,' ‘The Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Workbook for Dummies and ‘Building Self-Confidence for Dummies'. Her latest book ‘Live Life. Love Work' will be published by Capstone in Spring 2009.

    As a graduate in Social Sciences, she has had a life long passion for people to work respectfully together in organisations sharing a complementary set of values and a clear vision.
