In the past 9 years I have developed and delivered numerous leadership development seminars and workshops, and coached over 250 senior managers in very diverse businesses such as, rail network, hospitals, education, housing association, borough council, banking, soft drinks company, finacial sector, IT software, to name but a few.
I have 17 years experience, prior to setting up Key Talent Partners, in the hospitality and leisure industry and have a passion for providning 'customer excellence.'

Carmen is an Associate Partner working with Key Talent Partners with over 24 years experience in global corporate organisations at Leadership level, managing teams of between 10 -60 people primarily in Customer Service, Sales and Personal Development.
As a Companion member of the Institute of Customer Service, Carmen is regularly invited to speak on related topics. She has also judged at the National Customer Service Awards in the UK. Carmen has delivered the Customer Journey Programme to corporate and private businesses in Africa, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, as well as organisations in Europe and the UK.
Results focused and committed to enabling everyone in the business to deliver a “joined up” service experience for their Customers. As a former athlete, Carmen uses proven methods from her competitive sports background, combined with extensive business experience to coach with a positive attitude, discipline, commitment and engaging style. This combination is effective in enabling individuals to measurably improve performance and deliver lasting results.

Kate is a well respected, fully qualified international coach who challenges her clients to transform their personal effectiveness, leadership style and performance. Coming from a career in corporate advertising and marketing in Hewlett-Packard, Kate is comfortable with translating the merits of technical excellence into real business benefits – in language that customers can understand. She works with leaders and their management teams who want to express clear, bold messages to different audiences.
Kate is a master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a PCC Accredited member of the International Coach Federation and Association of Coaching. She is the co-author of three best selling books published by John Wiley, ‘Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Dummies,' ‘The Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Workbook for Dummies and ‘Building Self-Confidence for Dummies'. Her latest book ‘Live Life. Love Work' has now been released by Capstone.
