Gallup came to realise throughout their day-to-day research that certain patterns were appearing across leaders which demonstrated themselves as strengths.
Having polled two million people, comprising 100 companies in 63 countries, Gallup's research concluded that only 20% of employees felt that their strengths were played to every day.
Gallup also found that people who play to their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and three times as likely to report an excellent quality of life. What effect would it have on your performance – your team's performance - your business's performance?
Not only will you have more chance of reaching your full potential as a human being but your leadership will inspire and motivate others to reach theirs.
