Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI)
The Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) is a multi-rater tool designed to assess emotional intelligence. The ECI is based on the seminal work of Dr. Daniel Goleman and Dr. Richard Boyatzis. It builds on 35 years of competency research carried out by Hay McBer. The result is an assessment and development tool of unmatched precision and authenticity.

Application and Benefits:
The feedback is collated anonymously via the Internet and feedback on a one-to-one basis. It is possibly to have a number of different sources of feedback, e.g. manager, peers, direct reports, suppliers, colleagues in virtual teams, business partners, etc.
