For the past ten years I have worked with senior managers and their teams to improve their results through their people. Most are looking to improve the execution throughout their organisation and develop highly productive interpersonal relationships with critical stakeholders, i.e. reports, peers, and critical colleagues.
What level of results?
I have been successful in helping them to develop; executive presence, raise profiles, engage with their teams more effectively, resolve conflict, improve presentation skills, develop interpersonal skills, and build a personal executive brand. I work clients who have been in their positions for some time and with recently promoted executives helping each to define their new role, drive results, engage with people, and manage the network of complex relationships required for success.
My extensive business background gives me unique insights that I use to help my clients deal with the challenges of running a successful organisation and achieving measurable results.
In a previous life, I was as a General Manager in the Hospitality and Leisure industry for 17 years before I began studying Neuro Linguistic Programming. This was the catalyst for my change of career in 2000.

In my coaching practice I work with top-level executives and owner managers across; finance, healthcare, hi-tech, government, manufacturing, professional services, marketing, and transportation industries. Because of this broad exposure I bring a rich perspective and model examples on how successful executives operate across a variety of different situations.
