Q. What’s the format of the workshop?
A. Two sessions, in the morning they’ll start at 10 a.m. and run through until 12:30 p.m. with a 20 minute mid-session break. They’ll continue in the afternoon from 1:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. with a 20 minute mid-afternoon break.
Q. How many people can attend a workshop?
A. The workshops are interactive and participative, so around ten people is a good number to ensure personal attention and involvement for all participants.
Q. Do we need to cater the event?
A. Yes, you’ll need to make arrangements for refreshments for breaks and lunch. I’ll send you an agreed outlined agenda for the session once we’ve spoken about what you’d like to get out of the day.
Q. Can I swap people out at lunch?
A. It’s not advisable for an attendee to miss either session, as the workshop is value-packed and quickly paced. If key personnel absolutely cannot attend the second session then you can take advantage of individual follow-up, at additional, but reasonable cost.
Q. What if we don’t feel its value for money?
